Assumptions and preliminaries for the aCTS

• There are three kinds of more or less independent assets (container crane, container stack, containers) and a dispatcher asset.
• Knowing a value is used in both senses: knowing the value or being able to get it.
• Reporting of parameters is organized with the help of the Trainz messaging system. Posting messages with appended soup objects is possible.
• The maximum count of stackable containers for bridge cranes is calculated by high cube container height (2,896mm) with (cast<int>reacharea.dimension.z/2,896)-1.
• The container types are subdivided in the following types (length: 10ft with 2,991mm, 20ft with 6,058mm, 40ft with 12,192mm, 45ft with 13,716mm and 53ft with 16,154mm; standard cube height with 2,591mm and heighcube height with 2,896mm). The width for all is 2,441mm. I don't really know if they all exist, but one more possibility is better than adding this version later.
• All aCTS objects will be adjusted to 1 mm and 0.1 °.
