Missing or invalid selection for tag tagname in containername.

A tag has been included but it has an invalid value specified for the tag, or there is no value specified.

For example, for a config.txt file:

category-class                          "AC"
category-era                            "1990s;2000s"
category-region                         
description                             "Model: DB 101 DB"

The error message was:

- VE22: Missing or invalid selection for tag 'category-region' in 'traincar'.

The category-region tag has been included, but no value has been specified for the tag.

If the tag is not required it can be removed, or a valid value can be provided for the tag.
