Traincar asset has invalid bogey placement.

KIND Traincar assets are required to have physically realistic spacing (eg. typically meters) present between the attachment points for each set of bogeys. This validation error results when the a.bog0 and a.bog1 bogey attachment points are at effectively identical locations on the y-axis.

This validation results in an error at trainz-build 4.5 and higher. In lower trainz-build assets, the validation is considered a warning for compatibility reasons, however it is likely to lead to undesirable runtime behaviour.
