How to take a screenshot
Press print screen on your keyboard.
Now go to start -> all programs -> accessories -> paint. Once paint has opened, press 'CTRL' + 'V' on your keyboard.
This will paste the screenshot into paint. Now go to 'file', then 'save as'. Now give the file a name, and set it to save as a .jpg file, then save.
When you next reply to a ticket, please use the upload attachment options to upload the screenshot to the reply.
