As suggested by Tony Hilliam in forum post
1. Clone one of Base displacement assets (e..g Volcano) in CM (Content > Clone)
2. Edit the config file to use your KUID and change the asset username to something useful
3. Replace the .bmp with your version
4. You may need to add some new tags to make it 4.5 compatible
5. Submit the new asset
