Move Object
Objects
Click on the Move Object (M) and Click and hold LMB on any object and then drag the object around the terrain to its new position.
Splines
Select the Move Spline (M) tool and then Click and hold LMB and drag the spline point to a new position. To set the spline poit at a specific location, hold the Shift key when placing it. This shortcut can be used to place splines on top of one another.
