[edit] Hints
This session is easiest if you have already gained some route knowledge but this is not essential.
Begin by looking at the 'Load' objectives.
If you enter Map View you'll see the destinations mentioned in the objectives. All of the destinations for this session are found along the line between the main yard and Oyonix; with the exception of Empire Manufacturing which is on the double track main line at Westside.
The path to Oyonix has been set by default.
Before any unloading can be completed, cars must first be loaded. It's not necessary to complete all of the loading tasks before starting on the unloading tasks though you may choose that method if you wish.
Choose any loco from the roundhouse and enter the main yard to assemble empties. All of the available cars are empty. Unless flatcars are specified, all products are loaded into boxcars.
You can either carefully plan the number of cars required by studying the objectives and the route in Map View, or you can simply estimate what is needed and get started. There are additional cars available at Oyonix should you find yourself short of cars.
Whilst in the main yard you are near two of the industries with products listed in the Load objectives. Loading these products is a good place to start.
Along the way to Oyonix, products can be loaded and unloaded as required. Each industry is configured such that it will only supply or receive the products set out in the objectives. Similarly there's no need to worry about products loading onto the wrong type of car.
When approaching relevant industries you'll notice coloured markers. These remain until any Load and Unload tasks for that industry have been completed. If you leave the area the markers will be hidden until you return to complete the associated tasks.
The session is complete when all Load and Unload objectives have been accomplished. Full points are awarded for completing the tasks within 2 hours and without instances of speeding.
