This template. TL-Obsolete-tag, is used on brief pseudo-article pages discussing obsolete container tags, the last version when their inclusion was valid and when / if they were replaced by what more modern KIND data type.
- It does not categorize the same as using {{DIS-top}} and {{DIS-bot}} which should also be used on pages covering the history of discontinued tags / data types.
- Such pages are akin to soft redirects in Wikipedia, requiring the user to clink on a link to get to the current data type whilst providing both a search name and a bit of version information about the obsolete tag.
