The templates in this category are used to 'workaround' so called overloaded operators in the Mediawiki wiki markup language in certain ParserFunctions and Template coding situations. • In general, when using a template, and the text you expect doesn't expand the way you expect, or the preview results in odd artifacts showing =characters like '|', '{{', '=', '#if:' or the like, the templates in this category may be the best or only solution to display the string you intended.• See Help:Formatting for further information. |
